It's nice to have a product that does exactly what it says it's supposed to do. It's exactly what is needed for the sensitive areas you didn't want to chaff while running or being active.

Does What It Supposed To Do
I use it for running or if I'll be in my swim trunks for more than an hour. When running it reduces, if not eliminates, chaffing when used in combination with compression shorts. So far up to 14 miles in one go. Reapplication is a good idea too. I've used on feet too and it reduces those blister spots.
