    Dick’s Sent Me A Used Paddle Board With Missing Parts

    Received product clearly used. Missing parts (missing part of paddle, hose for pump, and middle fin, and who knows what else). No packaging. Labels torn off. Grass in the Velcro. Worn surfaces. No instructions. Had instructions for different products.

    Worst Seams . Poor Construction.

    I own already a performer 11 2018 and a tandem one . This board is trash . I have never experienced so many leaks on my life . The seams a poorly made. I close on leak on the seam and almost at the same time another one appears in another side of the board. Kind of tired of repairing this board . I have spend more time repairing than riding it.

    Durable, Stable, Quality Materials, Wide, Perfect Length

    I have had this board going on three years, and it is still in the same shape as when I purchased it. I use 3 times a week from late March to late October. I deflate after each use, roll up, and store in my trunk. Making it a very low maintenance board. Is is very stable on the water when I stand, I have had no issues with holes or rips so it’s very durable, and the board itself with the storage straps and quality of material makes it high quality. I absolutely love my board. It is low weight compared to others I looked up and the fins are not detachable, so that is a plus. It comes with everything you need to start. The manual pump works great, but I recently upgraded to the retrospec electric pump which is game changing! I use a kayak paddle with mine, typically, as I don’t stand that often. Happy paddling!
