Rated 4 out of 5 by from Almost perfect! It was delivered way before I expected it, which was great. It only took about two hours to put together by myself. Very easy. I absolutely love it! It works great, but the seat is terribly uncomfortable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very good machine I'm 54 and I've been an extreme poly athlete all my life until 2009 when I was in an accident . I've had 3 Lumbar back surgeries since the gained 30 lbs , now I have 3 new disks 8 titanium screws , 2 rods and a plate . My doctor released me to start physical therapy and exercise 5 weeks ago on July 19th 2016 . I must admit the old adage "no pain no gain" but after five weeks I lost 15 lbs and I ride 10 miles everyday on my mountain bike It takes me 1 hr to do and I train on my body rider for 1 1/2 hrs every day before I jump on the Mt. Bike and do my thing . I also lift weights . I think this body rider elliptical is great . The instruction manual I only had to look at it a few times . All you have to do is look at the picture on the box to see how it goes together and people on here are complaining about it rocking off balance that's a crock of ! Any kind of exercise is hard at first , just get on it and after 2 week you will look forward to Using it everyday . I had only one problem I didn't cover the LED monitor with plastic wrap . My sweat leaked inside it and burned it out in the first week . I remember 30 min is about 5 miles , 1700 calories burned at a average speed of 8 miles an hour . Be strong and no more excuses !

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works great It was easy to build with clear instructions, the quality is good for the price, and after a week of use, it seems to be holding up well. The seat is a little uncomfortable, but not terrible. The adjustment knobs for the handles keep coming loose but a lock washer would take care of the issue. All in all, we are satisfied.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Only so good Bought this for my daughter for Christmas. Didn't have one I wanted or could afford in store so ordered on-line. After quite a while (took a few hours) to assemble and re-checking same my daughter was disappointed in the performance. We worked over and over with the tension settings but either it's too hard to use at all - she cant even push the pedals, or there is no resistance and its almost freewheeling. Not at all well balanced. Had I bought this assembled at the store I might have returned it for a better one but now since it's built and the box is gone I feel stuck with it. She can't and doesn't use it. I wouldn't recommend this model.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good value for the price We purchased the Cardio Dual Trainer for our daughter. She has used it almost every day since Christmas. It was easy to assemble...to many parts and the directions were easy to follow. The trainer is very adjustable for different size users. The only down side on this is the trainer is a little loud and the food pedals seem to be angled a little too steep downward when in the fully extended position. You can feel it on the tip of your toes after a while.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice Product The cardio trainer is easy enough to use, even the kids get on it and can figure it out. The only negative is the assembly instructions at times seem a little hard to follow.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Exercise bike Good value for the money. Too much assembly. Needs a wider base. Dick's employee very helpful in placing the order.
