Simple, Few Gadgets, Does The Job

Bought this for my husband who is limited by Parkinson's. He use to be a runner, but now just walks. This winter was brutal so we bought the treadmill. The extended rails and easy features were a must and unique to this treadmill. It is not meant for heavy duty workouts but I have been walking on it myself 30mins a day! My husband wishes he'd bought it two years ago. Very happy.

Exactly What We Needed!

Needed a treadmill that would go very slowly, as I am recovering from a stroke (at age 60!!) . The handrails add a great sense of security, it moves very slowly, but can be increased when you are ready. We paid the extra "white glove" service where it was assembled in our house. (there were many parts, some electrical connections) so I would suggest this. It is truly a fabulous treadmill for people who feel unsteady walking outside, who may be a slower, older walker, or recovering patients. SOOOO glad we spent the money for this! You will not be disappointed!

This Product Was As We Expected

The treadmill is what we wanted, and except for having a small problem with the assembling the monitor wires. This was taken care of immediately with a RMA and is now running as expected. The Body Solid fits this machine . I had seen used at a rehabilitation facility for disabled persons - - Stroke victims ,injured etc. My wife (78) I am (79) have a use for this machine in our house every day. Both of us have had back injuries, walking difficulty. Thank you for making a treadmill for the elderly and disabled. Always treated with respect and sales people were very polite.

Absolutely Horrible

When unpackaging the product there were 2 missing bolts, luckily we bought two treadmills so we used the bolts from the second one. The bags were mislabeled and it wasnt easy to follow the directions. Once it was put together, the product was terrible. The belt constantly slipped and was dangerous at any speed and any weight, causing tripping and stopping. The process of exchanging them was also not the easiest when calling corporate. Finally, our local Dick's allowed us to exchange our two products for different ones. Definitely not worth the price that they are asking for. Very slow and fragile.
