Not The Best Bar For Women
I was hoping to use this bar for Crossfit at home. This bar is still wide like the mens bar in the grip. Also, my squat rack at home is too wide to hold the bar correctly with bumpers on. This bar is not to standard scale with other gym equipment. I should have read the measurements better, or paid up for the Rogue brand women's bar. Don't be like me.

Exactly What I Was Looking For
My goal was finding an Olympic bar/bumper plates for dead lifts and hip thrusts. Since I'm only 5ft 1in, I felt the 7 ft bar would be too cumbersome. But I was hesitant to order the Body Solid bar because the reviews for the 5ft bar indicated it was covered with an oily/sticky coating that was difficult to remove. I was greatly relieved that was not the case. It was wrapped in plastic inside a hard cardboard tube. Quick and easy to unpack. Both the Olympic bar/bumper plates totally fit my requirements. Good quality materials.
