I bought this Tricep Bar almost 2 months ago. Out of the box, The sleeves spun, but not as freely nor as quiet as they should be. It would squeek a little. A month later after some use, the squeeks turned to a light grind. I had to purchase a 12mm Hex Wrench a wek ago to unscrew the bolts out so I could clean the sleaves, as well as grease the contact points inside. The bolts were tight. I don't know if Loctite or Superglue was used on them. I was able to remove one of the bolts and do what I had to, but I couldn't remove the other one. The bolt had rust, grime from oil and dust, and a little bit of sand. I had to clean it with an old toothbrush and some WD-40. I also had to clean the hole where the bolt was supposed to go with a tube brush to ensure that I would be able to remove the bolt again later when I have to clean and regrease it. I contacted Support last night because cleaning it is a part of maintaining it. If I can't clean it, the wear and tear will affect the product life. I would recommmend this product if the user doesn't care about maintaining the sleeves. However, I would recommend buying a 12mm Hex Wrench first before purchasing this so the sleeves can be checked. 3 Stars for now, 4 Stars if its replaced (I'll return the one I have to my local store). It would've been a five had it not been for that bolt that I couldn't get out.
