Solid Handle

I needed this handle to replace a plastic handle to do one arm lat exercises. This handle is solidly built and has a comfortable grip.

I'd Give Zero Stars If I Could

Received a pair of these these today and I will return them tomorrow. There is a huge gap between the grip and the frame it rotates on, there are no bushings or bearings for the grip to rotate on, and the entire inside of the grip is packed with rust. Awfully designed and made product.

Has Multiple Exercise Possibilities

Well made, durable. Great for single arm tricep push downs, isolated bicep curls, and side oblique crunches.

Single Handle

Bought this for my lat machine to do single arm tricep extentions, single arm curls and single arm rows. Works beautiful.
