Squat Plate

I used to use a 45lb plate and now with this I get better angle on my feet which helps place greater focus on my quads

Strong And Compact

This is a must have. I use it for my squats and calf raises. It is very strong easy to assemble and to light enough to move away when don't needed it. It helps to reach a better angle of my squats as I improved the flexibility on my hips
