I have been using the stick version for several years. I was pleased that there was a cream version for places the stick doesn't work. So far I have used it twice on two long runs and no chafing. Finally.

Amazing Product!
I bought this while on vacation at the beach. It helped SO much with chaffing from his bathing suit! It saved the vacation!

Awesome For These Hot, Humid Summer Runs
A friend recommended this after I was having chafing issues during outdoor runs. This makes a huge difference and I haven't chafed since I started using it! You only need a small amount and it works like a charm. Highly recommend if you're experiencing chafing, redness, or even bleeding from friction.
