    $60 Croc Purse

    Zero stars from me. Wife carried this one time, it tipped over on the floor board while taking a turn and one of the buttons for the handle broke. She had a travel body spray, wallet and a few other small items in it. Gave Bogg CS the purse name, they sent buttons that were too big. Let them know buttons are too big so they sent another set of buttons that were too big. Asked them to send smaller buttons and they said they would. 8 days later ask about sending the smaller buttons and CS said they sent them on 8/8. This is an email string, they could have scrolled down to see i replied on 8/10 that the 2nd set were wrong also. We bought this on July 13th and it's still sitting in the closet, looking brand new other than the broken handle. 5 stars from my wife because it's cute and trendy
