    Nice Purchase For My Athlete

    My son's friends work out with this product at their team workouts. He wanted to purchase one for his basement workout room. He loves this!

    Perfect For My Home Gym

    Dispose is perfect for my home gym it spilt, solid and sturdy, stays inflated, and is small enough to tuck away in my home gym while it's not in use.

    Great Addition To My Home Gym

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this product. Super easy to set up. All I had to do was bump air in the back side of the black flare piece. Product comes with small hand pump and plugs for the exercise ball. I was able to pump it up in a minute or two. I really liked using this balance board in my daily workout. Love that I can use it for a couple different workout moves.

    Great Fitness Addition To Add A Balance Challenge!

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm so excited to have this BOSU balance trainer, especially coming up on ski season soon. I downloaded the exercise poster provided from the BOSU website/mentioned in the packaging for extra inspiration. So far I've been doing a lot of my normal exercises with this (push ups, squats, lunges, abs) and it's really challenged me! I'm excited to start with more dynamic exercises soon to better emulate the challenges of skiing too. I feel like so many more muscles (in my feet, ankles, legs) engage just from standing on this while doing other exercises too. It fits under my bed when not in use, so easy to store. It was easy to pump up when I got it, and it feels super durable.
