I received this for Christmas and love them. They added an extra challenge to my workouts. My only complaint is one of the pods has a dip in it which I thought would level out if we added more air to it.

Small But Mighty

Bosu Pods pair help make watching tv sports better for your fitness. Easy to throw down in any way useful to you, flat down round down, they are as firm or soft as you customize, and there are tons of exercises online. I stand on mine round up, and do upper bod hand weights. I get a foot massage as I improve by balance and lower bod control.
