Great For Balance!

Everyone over 60 needs to have one to use everyday. You start losing balance and strength in the knees and ankles. This ball gets a good part of that back. Don't give in to old age yet. Work at it daily to keep strength.

A Game Changer

I am a 79 year old woman and lost 43lbs., I no longer have diabetes, sleep apnea and my fatigue disappeared from my cancer. I need to learn balance and build muscle mass.
