Plates Dislodge - Buyer Beware

A plate fell off a Dumbbell from Bowflex and barely missed destroying my foot/toe. I was in the hospital and when out, they gave me a 20% off coupon 🤯. I’m taking it to the BBB, social, review every local store that sells them and will contact whomever else I’m directed to when I retain counsel. I never imagined such a serious flaw or bad customer service behind this name. I just remember ‘this is the best shape of my life and I’m 40” commercials but I could never afford anything from the company. Now I’ll never want to buy anything from them again after seeing what these can do - in a bad way.
