Best Adjustable Weight Set!

Easy To Adjust The Weithts.

I just bought this set of weights last week. I was a little leery about having to press a button to adjust the weights, but I like it better than how weights are adjusted with Bowflex, in which you have to adjust the weights on both ends separately.. With the Ethos set, the weights on both ends are chained together through the grip, so you only have to dial the desired weight on the end with the button, and the weight on the other end automatically changes to match.

Versatile And Easy To Use.

We bought these to use in a small home gym. Pros: Saves space and less expensive than buying a fill set of 5 - 50 lb pairs. Just push the red button, dial the weight you want and lift off the rack. Cons: the lower weight settings still have the full size bars so are a bit bulky for doing lightweight aerobics-style exercising. If you are following someone else's routine, you might fall behind since it does take a few seconds to dial a new weight. Overall, we love these. They are perfect for a small home gym with just two people.
