Works Great!

This is my 2nd stand. Works great, keeps the dumbbells off the ground so you don't have to bend over to pick them up. Strap keeps them secured safely to the stand.

I purchased the stand shortly after I purchased the 552 dumbbell set. Makes changing the weights at a good height. No more bending over to adjust. The media part is great to keeping your eyes at a semi level for viewing workouts on my device. A must-have. Trust me.

Bowflex Select Stand - Could Use Some Help

I thought it would be good to have the stand with the Bowflex SelectTech 552 Dumbbells – Pair. The unit itself is good, however with the 552 dumbells the, base is held to the stand with a strap and button. While it is very tight and secure, I would have expected it to be bolted to the base, as it has the ability to for another set of dumbbells. The instructions were a bit difficult to read (think IKEA, with less descriptive information. Overall, I would buy again, but just know how the dumbbells are supported to the base.

Misleading Info On Website And Provided By Customer Service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pretty disappointed and feel let down. I had an older version of the 552 dumbbells so called to ensure they would fit and work with this rack. Sure enough the stand comes with parts for the 552 and 590s but the stand is not compatible with the older version of the 552s. The website should be clear on this and customer service should be aware of this. The media rack is flimsy and a joke, the stand is not as sturdy as it should be. The installation video was great though!
