I bought this almost a month ago, we used it for about a half an hour. The next morning it wouldn’t work. The belt wouldn’t move. Called customer service. Did trouble shooting. They sent new wires to connect for the belt. Hopefully when the tech guy comes it will be fixed. For the few minutes we used it it felt great. So right now I can’t give a good review until it is fixed. It’s just been sitting downstairs waiting to be repaired. I hate making payments on something that I haven’t been able to use.

Wouldn't Have Purchased If I'd Known
Its not that I don't like the treadmill, its that I specifically purchased this treadmill for the weight capacity and bluetooth capability. What was made clear (and I did my research) was that bluetooth was for the app only. I am approx 340 and it supports my weight fine, but I needed a treadmill that I could watch tv, movies and listen to music to. Yes, I can use aux but only because I have an android device. If I wanted to be wired I would just have bought headphones and a cheaper treadmill. I gave a 1 star because this was a big part of my decision to purchase and in this day and age of technology there is no excuse not to be bluetooth capable for sound through a device. I dont listen to music, i watch shows and movies and if I needed to hop off the treadmill for a sec I do not wanna have to connect and reconnect a cord. VERY INCONVENIENT

After A Year And Half It's Still Working Great
Works for a comfortable treadmill that handles longer runs from a big guy. Only had a few glitches in manual mode with some extreme hill climbs and higher speeds and the treadmill just shutdown, but other than that it has held up well for the last year and a half.

Amazing Treadmill
I bought this because of the outbreak and could not be more happier with my purchase. It is better than a gym machine and it even tracks your workouts. Speakers work great. Only thing that is a pain is how heavy this thing is.
