Ordered and paid over 2 months ago. Took over a month to have it finally delivered. Only to find out the incline button did not work and the treadmill belt made a horrific screeching noise once moving. Still waiting on AIT 3rd party to pick up and de

Bad Product - Bad Company

The product came with the wrong hardware card. Called the company, waiting five days for them to ship the correct hardware which was "in-stock". Try to call customer service to see where the order is and the only line that answers is sales. No tech support, no order help and all sales can do is put me back on endless hold. Don't waste your money or your time. Buy a product that is built correctly with a company that actually supports their product.

Easy To Use

Treadmill does everything that my wife and I needed. We can use the treadmill without joining JRNY. We can listen to Spotify or Netflix. The 2 men who took away the old NordicTrack and setup the new Bowflex 16 did a great job making sure the machine worked perfectly.

Treadmill With Everything We Wanted

We bought our treadmill about 6 weeks ago. It has met all our expectations. I wanted a decent screen to watch while walking. I picked this model bc no monthly subscription is required to watch Netflix etc if you already have a subscription. It has turned out we love JRNY. The workouts and over 200 trails around the world make my workout time go fast. Assembly was not that bad. It is a heavy box. We opened the box and moved it one piece at a time.
