It Works!

We really like this machine. It does all the treadmill things you'd expect and the screen is a really nice size, whether you're using it for Netflix or walking/running somewhere in the world with the Jrny feature (not sure how anyone is using the solitaire option while exercising, but it's on there if you want to give it a go!). I think the only complaint is that the Jrny app seems to be tied to a specific profile, meaning that anyone that uses it needs to sign in as me and that messes up stats. But still, I would say it's a great option overall.

Buy Another Brand

Do not buy Bowflex. Choose another Brand. Customer Service is non-existent. Machine broke immediately and the cost of the part was the same as purchasing a new machine, not including the cost of labor. Plus, had purchased their adjustable dumbbells the same year and they are now on recall. Not investing another dime in this Brand.

App Updates

The apps do not update and now I cannot even watch Amazon Prime because it will not update. The whole point of the purchase was to stream while I use it.

Great Treadmill Dsg Customer Support Really Good

I bought the T16 a month ago and was nervous because it is such a large purchase and very hard to move / transport. I got delivery to room of choice (my basement). Delivery team (AIT) showed up and didn't have enough muscle or equipment to properly move the 350lb box. It was dropped off the back of the truck, then again when trying to maneuver it. I signed for it - but had options in their app to indicate that it wasn't delivered intact and that it had been dropped. I kept my fingers crossed and put it together only to find out it was DOA and the screen wouldn't turn on. Worrying that I was going to get into a nightmare scenario - I called Dicks Sporting Goods customer support. I spoke to Brandi. She was fabulous and immediately ordered my a new machine and scheduled a pickup of the DOA one. She also stayed in contact with me through email and made sure everything went correctly with AIT. A much more capable team showed up a couple weeks later, removed the dead treadmill and delivered a new machine without dropping the box this time. I put it all together and it works great. It is a great treadmill which replaced a 15year old Sole F80. I was nervous about going with a different brand - but so far everything is better than fantastic. I use blue foam to make a removable treadmill desktop and have a large PC monitor mounted from the ceiling. So far there are only a few small gripes with the screen software like it disconnecting earbuds and exiting YouTube right when a workout stops or if it has been paused too long. I haven't had the opportunity yet to try out the two months of free JRNY. The deck feels great, the level arms work great for walking while I work, and the machine changes speeds and elevations much faster than the old F80. Also the dial adjustments for speed and elevation work great. Thank you, thank you, thank you Brandi for taking care of my delivery issue. I would 100% buy again from DSG because of your help. Docking one star on Value and Quality because of the software glitches like disconnecting my login, not allowing my Garmin HR to be paired at the same time as my earbuds, etc. If they can patch these in an update - I'll change my review to 5 stars across the board.

Built-in Apps For Amazon Prime, Netflix, Hulu Doesn't Work As Designed

Bought the treadmill with the expectation that we can stream entertainment apps (Amazon Prime, Netflix, Hulu) while we walk/run on the treadmill. But unfortunately, it does NOT retain our login session on the screen. Every time we start an exercise, we constantly have to re-log back in to the apps. It's very frustrating that we have to constantly do this again and again. If we knew that this functionality didn't work on the machine, we could've probably bought the lower/cheaper version without the large screen and bought a cheap Smart TV instead. Very disappointed about this purchase.

Training for my half marathon and with all the snow not able to run outside, so i had to buy a new treadmill. the handles on the sides to adjust elevation and speed are amazing. the feel of the treadmill is great,

Bowflex Has Horrible Customer Service. Runaround!!

I purchased this directly from Bowflex but cannot leave a review there. I paid for white glove delivery. The first time the truck came, my treadmill wasnt on it. The second time the treadmill wouldn’t work. No power no sound. Nothing. Tried five different outlets in my house. It’s not me, it’s them. Still fighting for a refund. Avoid this product and this company.

Solid Product But Takes A Little To Get Used To

This is a solid product, it takes a bit of effort to assemble though! Functionally it does what I need but seems to need a little more power on a 15 incline walk for someone over 200 lbs! The apps are cool, still poking around and getting familiar with things… part of me wishes I had gone a little crazier and bought a peloton tread.

Save The Money On The Screen And Get The T9

You have to START it and then start netflix or hulu and it doesn't save for the next time! I love the width and length of the deck! Deck more cushioned than others.

Huge Disappointment

Bought this and it has been a nightmare. Runs for 10 seconds when I push Disney plus and shuts down. Updated it, reset so many times. Waste of $2k.

Buyer Beware - Lack Of Warranty Or Support

Within two weeks of owning the T16 Treadmill it broken down. Contacted Dicks to return it to them, they stated we first need to contact BowFlex aka Johnson Health Tech .which owns the brand BowFlex & Horizon. Filled out form online to get help, took almost 4 days to get a response... never physically got a call from anyone at Horizon.... had to initiate a call to Corporate Dicks to get help with Bowflex/Johnson Health Tech which after a week this is the email I get back from Johnson's / Bowflex: "Thank you for reaching out to Equipment Support. Feel free to reach out to the dicks sporting goods you purchased this unit at for a return as this was from a retailor." Keep in mind the BowFlex machine weighs over 200 lbs, which now on my own dime I had to get it back to the Store. I would not recommend anybody to purchase a Bowflex or Horizon Treadmill due to Johnson's lack of consumer care about the effort involved in setting up the machine and then taking apart to get back to the store - nice warranty.

Horrible App

Where to start. The treadmill itself is solid, but the JRNY software is awful. 2 months in to owning the treadmill I received an alert to update software. After doing so, now I require a 4 digit pin…which I never set up, so I don't have one. After going to bowflex and jrny, there is no chat option and you have to submit a ticket. If you are looking at this model thinking it would be nice to read kindle or watch a program or create a workout program, just know that nothing saves and you have to go through the log in process every time you start the treadmill. I would have done a lesser treadmill that does not require a worthless app to run. And to get support…ha!!
