Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great treadmill and excellent customer service Used a little over a week by 2 people and both off us are very happy with features and durability. Paid for assembly and team was professional and prompt. Also want to recognize Dicks team for helping us after Sears left us hanging for 2 months waiting on a treadmill that never arrived as they even honored sale price and held next one on truck just for me after hearing how poorly we were treated by Sears. Thank you

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Buyer beware I did my research and felt good about purchasing the Bowflex T216 treadmill and then it arrived at my house and I began to put it together, at which point I stopped and returned the item to Dick’s. It is my own fault for not going to the store to see it but I was blown away as to why Bowflex would use the old school two-piece lower part of the treadmill. This means that the deck and motor area are separated into two pieces, the front motor cover area and the deck area where you run and these two pieces are connected by a hinge that allows you to fold it up, but only the deck folds not the motor cover area. Over time this hinge gets loose or sloppy and creates problems since the belt that runs the belt and rollers is also loosened each time you fold it. The combination of the hinge getting loose with time and the belt being loosened and tightened every time you fold the unit creates problems down the road. The reason I know this is that Icon, owner or Nordictrack, Pro-Form and others came up with this original design in the nineties, then after way too many problems with this design they moved away from it all together after losing a ton of money to cover service and warranty issues. I owned one of those Nordictrack treadmills and lived all of the nightmare warranty issues first hand. Over time the slop and movement in the hinge and belt will create huge problems. Icon told me that is why they moved away from this design all together. That is why I immediately sent mine back. Now this was my experience maybe yours will be different but Icon themselves dropped this tech, that they owned and designed so why would Bowflex make a treadmill with old nineties designs that have proven to fail over time, and lable it the best treadmill they have ever built. Please keep this in mind and if you end up buying this tread, at least get the Dick’s extended warranty so when it starts to fail you are covered. I did not on my Nordictrack and it cost me dearly.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I was given a used product by Dick's Store! I bought this for Christmas (December 23rd, yes late, I know, and I paid for being late). I had a friend help me carry it out of the store in a big truck since it is a huge box and heavy as can be, but I needed it for Christmas so I did. After a lot of work, I finally got it home and to my surprised, it was not a new item, all bags had been previously opened and you could tell it was probably assembled before. most likely a return , defective, or display. anyway, I needed it as a present so I assembled it. we have used it for over a months and it is hard to tell if it is as good as I thought it would be. It is squeaky and not as stable as it looks. I definitely think I was given a lemon, so I will contact the president of Dick's sports, I believe her name is Laure R. Hobart. As soon as I have sometime and find her contact I will let he know about my first and very poor experience with Dicks, it goes beyond being given a lemon, my honest feedback, JM

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Does what it is supposed to I like the looks of this. It has many features to it just have not used them all. I just need it for a basic walk. It doesn't have some of the features my other one had but I will adjust. So far no issues with it. Have had it for a few months and we use it 3-6 times a week.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very happy with our purchase! We’ve been using the treadmill for about 2 weeks and really love it! Love the feature it has to keep track of different users progress since all 4 of the family members use it. Better than any treadmill I’ve used at any gym before! The only thing is that it is very heavy and not easily moved out of the way, especially since we put it on top of mat.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Commercial feel Great treadmill for the price. I used to get a gym membership to just run on their treadmills and found that the bxt216 feels just as sturdy as the commercial ones. I’m a bigger guy at 6’1” 225 lbs and this treadmill easily handles my size. The weight of this unit would be the only con I could think of but you would lose it’s sturdy feel with something lighter.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I Absolutely Love this treadmill We found exactly what we were looking for. I love having a treadmill in my basement that I can use anytime I want. And this one is perfect for me. All of the features I was looking for. The deck is very comfortable to walk on.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Features My wife and I have been using this treadmil everyday since we got it. Love the built in programs, speakers and fan. Treadmills have come a long ways since our last one. The only downsides is that the elevation is at that console therefore the grab bars change with respect to change in elevation. Also the start up is a bit slower than the Sole.
