Works Great When It Works

I bought this treadmill about a month ago and have been using it 5 days a week 2x a day most days. This treadmill surpasses our old treadmill in almost every way. The electronics are terrible on this thing. Every time I go to use it I get a stuck key error or stuck key heart rate error. Some days it literally takes 5-10 minutes before I can even use the thing due to the stuck key errors. If it wasn’t such a process to unassembled and return, it would have gone back the first week. When it’s working, it works great. I contacted support, before I received an answer, I found a helpful article explaining to massage the keys and restart the machine. While this still seems to work, having to fool with it every time I turn the machine on is crazy. Will update if I get this figured out or if Bowflex or Dicks has a better fix.

Poor Delivery Communication And Long Delays

I purchased a treadmill in-store on 1/9/26. At the time of purchase, I was told someone would contact me to schedule delivery and was given contact information for the delivery service. No clear delivery timeframe was explained in the store. My email later showed a delivery date of 1/23/26, and I reached out to the delivery number hoping it could be scheduled sooner. I was told the store representative had assigned that date. Since I hadn’t received any communication about the delivery process or timeline, I contacted them again on 1/22/26 and was told a ticket would be submitted to the local team for an update. Instead of an update, I received a text pushing my delivery back to 2/2/26. I called again and was told there was nothing that could be done other than an apology and that the delivery could not be scheduled sooner. This experience has been very disappointing. The lack of communication and changing delivery dates made the process frustrating. Had I been given an accurate delivery timeline upfront, I would not have made this purchase.
