Great Home Treadmill

Smooth, comfortable, well-constructed. I really like the fan on the console, the ease of selecting speed and incline on the handles, the two types of handles, and the pause feature when you briefly hit stop. I personally did not care for the media device holder because at my height it obstructed my view of the TV (even though you could turn it sideways), but it was easy enough to remove.

Great Treadmill

I am 48 year old bilateral(double) lung transplant survivor and have to exercise daily to strengthen my lungs and keep my heart strong. That being said I find this Bowflex better suited for my needs than even my pulmonary rehab has. I can walk at 2.8 mph max so the main advantage is the incline and the position of the handles. Not only do they keep track of my heart rate but they are also positioned perfectly for me to be able to hold onto while exercising. My youngest son is 16 and he's trying to get into shape for the Marines and he finds it excellent for running too. From disable to young this is a very well rounded treadmill.

Great Customer Service And Easy Pickup Process

Spent many hours researching treadmills in this size and price range and landed on this because it pairs with my apple watch. It also has an elevated device stand so I can watch TV or use my device at eye level. So far solid machine once you get it put together. That was a lot of work. And it is heavy. Carrying it up stairs requires a lot fo effort. Store customer service was great letting us test it out on display before confirming the pickup. Online customer service was fantastic with a price match for a sale that started the day after we bought it. Great experience overall.
