Horrible Product

There is a reason Bowflex went Bankrupt... Avoid at all costs. If I could give zero stars, I would. My Bowflex treadmill spent more time broken than it ever did working. Within months of purchase, it started having mechanical and console issues that took forever to even get acknowledged. I spent countless hours on hold with Bowflex’s so-called “customer support,” only to be passed around between departments that offered nothing but apologies and empty promises. When I finally got through to their warranty team, the real nightmare began. They dragged their feet on sending replacement parts, claiming delays and “back orders,” until—conveniently—my warranty ran out. Then they washed their hands of the entire problem. It’s hard not to feel like they deliberately stalled to avoid honoring their warranty. I paid a premium price expecting a premium product, but instead, I got a glorified clothes rack and the worst service I’ve ever encountered from a fitness company. Save yourself the frustration, the wasted time, and the money. There are plenty of treadmill brands out there that actually stand behind their products—Bowflex is not one of them.

Great Treadmill

I bought this treadmill about one month ago. Motor is super quiet. Monitors my vitals and very easy to connect to Apple Watch. I highly recommend this treadmill.

Nice Treadmill

Great treadmill for what I need. It fits my needs perfectly. I found only one issue with it and that is the electric plug. It cannot be plugged into a GFCI type outlet. It will trip the outlet not the breaker. It is listed near the end of the owner's manual, and they request a dedicated outlet. I have mine in the cellar and national electric code requires in those locations a GFCI outlet must be installed. I still have it in the cellar. Love it!

Great Treadmill

We were pleased with this treadmill. Set up was fairly easy and it works great. We haven't used any of the bells and whistles yet, but the basic features are easy to use and work perfectly.
