HOW IT WORKS:

  • To connect your Apple Watch to the BowFlex T9 Treadmill, follow these simple steps:
  • 1.) Hold your Apple Watch near the NFC reader on the treadmill console.
  • 2.) You will hear a soft beep and feel a vibration when the connection is made.
  • 3.) Your Apple Watch will display “Connect?” Press “OK”.
  • 4.) Scroll down on the watch face to select “Indoor Run”.
  • 5.) You’re ready to begin your workout.

Sturdy And Functional With Some Minor Flaws

I have just begun using the treadmill so I can't speak to longevity but a good start so far. I use it primarily for running and it is nice and steady and solid but a little stiffer than many treadmills so I am wondering if that might impact joints over time. The controls are a bit far away to reach while running (I'm 5'7" with long arms) but this is helped by the very handy rolling dials on each handhold that allow for adjustment of incline and speed. It has a number of features to customize your workout, but I also love that you can just jump on and get going with a quick push of the start button too. Reasonably quiet and incline is very smooth.

5 Runs So Far…

We were looking for a sturdy treadmill that was moderately priced, read a lot of reviews. So far so good, have really enjoyed my runs so far. Love the manual settings and being able dictate my work out, speed and elevation changes are very smooth. Love the speed/elevation wheels and how easy they are to use for smaller adjustments, has speed buttons for 1 mph increments. Love the built in 3-setting dual fans and the bluetooth speakers are loud enough, even at higher speeds. I would say the noise is similar to models you would find at the gym. I’m 225# so I don’t expect it to be very quiet. This is heavy! You will need help getting it where it needs to go (ours went downstairs). Two people set up at some parts works best. It feels very well put together. The touch screen has had no issues so far. Very happy with our purchase!
