HOW IT WORKS:

  • To connect your Apple Watch to the BowFlex T9 Treadmill, follow these simple steps:
  • 1.) Hold your Apple Watch near the NFC reader on the treadmill console.
  • 2.) You will hear a soft beep and feel a vibration when the connection is made.
  • 3.) Your Apple Watch will display “Connect?” Press “OK”.
  • 4.) Scroll down on the watch face to select “Indoor Run”.

Great Unit But Side Arms Are To Short For Easy Move

Putting it together was quite easy for two people. Moving it around at the total weight of packing was a challenge with heaviest and height. Once you put together it is over 36 inches wide so don't think you will move it to another room. The biggest thing I did not like are the side arms are so short that they are even with the treadmill when you have it folded up. The diagram in the book says grab the arms and tilt back. You cannot do that with the shortness of the arm you literally have to squat underneath the treadmill as you lean it back in order to move it. The arms on the side should be longer in order to get the leverage to easily move if you choose to do that. If it's stationary it won't be a problem. Overall we love everything else about the unit for what we were looking for at a price point.

Extremely Friendly Customer Service

Treadmill works just fine. Had a glitch with the delivery. Partially my fault because treadmill was ordered, cancelled the same day, then reordered the same day after switching payments. This totally confused the delivery service who tried to deliver the original order on a day I was not home. Called Dicks to report the issue, their customer service fixed the glitch and kept me in communication the whole way until it was delivered. Great job. However, delivery team only came with 2 people for a delivery I paid extra for because it was going to a 3rd floor. Delivery people almost brought it back because it was too heavy for 2 they said. I paid them a few extra bucks and they brought and assembled it on the 3rd floor. They were professional.

Avoid Bowflex

Purchased this from Dicks on 8/2. Had issues right out of the box. I should have taken it back to the store right away but I attempted to go through the Bowflex repair service. They have replaced everything and the treadmill still is not working. I was finally offered a refund direct from the manufacturer today. I like Dicks but I would avoid this treadmill and the company that makes it.

Questioning My Purchase

Questioning my purchase. I’m trying to be a loyal Bowflex customer. I have several of their products currently and have been happy with them. This is my second treadmill in a month though. I originally purchased a T6 that was DOA after spending 2 hours on assembly I had to return it. I decided to get a more expensive machine. Maybe it’ll be better. It has some stripped out tables holder screws we noticed when we were doing the assembly. Not a big deal. I contacted support, got a support request number (1819740) through an email response and haven’t heard anything for over a week. It’s a simple fix. I need a new injection molded panel. I already disassembled it. Now I’m waiting. Very frustrating. Overall the machine is okay. It shakes more than I would like when I run on it but it’s working. Love the massive amount of incline and the 12 mph speed is faster than I will ever be able to run. Connecting my phone, tablet or the HR monitor wasn’t too complicated. I would say Jrny is a total waste. Don’t plan on using the app. There are only a few very short workouts. I’m an endurance athlete. Long workouts are required. I signed up for iFIT which doesn’t integrate with this treadmill, but I don’t care about that anyway. If you care, get a different brand. Overall not a great experience with my Bowflex treadmill purchases.
