Ait Sucks Machine Is Good

I bought this a little over a month ago and I have such big thoughts on it. First of all the treadmill is nice- It runs quietly especially when walking and it makes no clicking or mechanical noises when the elevation changes. I have enjoyed the extra space on either side of me so much it took forever to realize I haven't knocked my watch into the handles like I do with the treadmill I use at LA fitness. I will say I ended up buying shock absorption blocks and matts to put underneath it to help with the noise of me running on it as I am an upstairs neighbor but I think most of the problem had todo with setup as I realized while putting the blocks under my machine that the people who DSG hires to ship and assemble it didn't make sure all the level things were all meeting my floor which caused the machine to wiggle and knock against the floor only while I was running. And here's my two cents about the company Dicks Sporting goods hire for the S&A service. The company is called AIT and they are the WORST. First it started with the tech calling me a few days after I bought the equipment, he was pressuring me to change my delivery date to THE NEXT DAY despite me picking a day 3 weeks out because I an an event coming up and so I could take the day off because they only deliver on Mondays and you can't book a specific time slot. I got someone to house sit to it was fine but they still groaned about my stairs on the phone even though DSG left a note and when they delivered they didn't looked up my apartment # so they kept having to call me at work. However like I said during set up they didn't level the machine and a week ago I realized they didn't tighten my belt because during my hill climb it shifted left, making a noise, so I tried to fix it as the manual made it seem simple, however it only kept moving left and eventually the left edge of my belt FIPPED OVER making my machine unusable. I got a ticket put through and its been exactly a week and I've made like 5 calls to AIT and they just keep saying I'll get a call back within "24 to 48 hours" and I never do. So now I've used the machine around 5 times and its now a hunk of metal taking up space because even though I paid for the extended warranty I can't even get an appointment to fix it. DICKS GET A NEW COMPANY. I AM COMING TO COMPLAIN IN PERSON TODAY AND I WANT A RESOLUTION.

So Far It’s Great

We bought the Bowflex T9 about a month ago. We paid for the unit to be delivered and assembled. It’s working great so far.

Great Treadmil

Such a great treadmill for a great price! Decently easy to set up. Instructions were very clear. Treadmill is very heavy though, you definitely need multiple people to move it prior to getting it set up. Once it’s set up, it moves easily if needed.

Painful Experience (And Not From Running)

Purchased 2/15, received a text regarding delivery 2 weeks from purchase on a date/time that was inconvenient. Advised no other options if I wanted the treadmill. Delivery rec'd, treadmill has an apparent faulty bearing making it unusable. Reached out to Customer Service who originally advised they were unable to help as on their end it still showed as in transit (?). Reached out again and have been advised the non-working will be picked up and exchanged. At this point I'm out $1600+, 2 hours of work time for delivery, and a significant amount of time. It seems like a wonderful piece of equipment, if it worked.

My First Treadmill-great No Subscription Required Easy To Use!

This is the first treadmill I’ve ever owned, and I couldn’t be happier with the Bowflex T9. I’ve used plenty of treadmills at the gym over the years, and I can confidently say this one is equal to if not better than what I’ve trained on at commercial gyms. One of the standout features for me is the NFC Apple Watch integration. Being able to simply tap my Apple Watch to the console and instantly start a workout removes all friction. No setup, no logging in just tap and go. That convenience alone has made it easier to stay consistent day after day. Seeing my real‑time heart rate and distance displayed directly on the screen is a huge win. I don’t have to guess how hard I’m working or constantly check my wrist. Everything I care about heart rate, time, pace, and distance is visible and accurate, which helps me train smarter and stay in the right zones. From a performance standpoint, the T9 feels rock‑solid and commercial grade. It’s incredibly stable, even at higher speeds, and the deck cushioning is noticeably easier on my joints compared to most gym treadmills. That makes longer walks and runs far more comfortable and sustainable. The incline and decline features add real variety and make workouts feel more dynamic and realistic, and the treadmill runs quietly, which is perfect for home use at any time of day. What really surprised me is how much I don’t miss the gym treadmill experience. Having this at home means: • No waiting for equipment • No distractions • Better consistency • The same (or better) quality whenever I need it For a first‑time treadmill owner, this has been an incredible investment. It fits seamlessly into my lifestyle, supports my health goals, and actually makes me want to use it. If you’re considering your first treadmill and want something that truly feels gym quality at home especially if you use an Apple Watch. The Bowflex T9 is absolutely worth it.
