Great Product But Console Connections Could Be Stengthened
The Max Trainer is a great low impact excercise machine, a cross of an elliptical and a stair stepper. It's great on my knees and arms. My only complaint is that the console will periodically disconnect, requiring it to be unplugged for at least two minutes or longer and then reset. This has happened probably five or six times in the two years that I've owned it. This mostly happened while in use, which is a pain to halt the workout, but I'm also pretty agressive (high resistance, high intensity) while working out, which is why I opted for this trainer (double rails) rather than a lower model number.

Yes I Would Upgrade My Treadclimber To Tc200 In The Future.
I enjoy the Treadclimber because it is easy to use and very comfortable. The only things is that the TC100 you can't add another user beside the two that are available. It would be good if it also comes with a screen to wash free programmed Bowflex Treadclimber workouts.

I have a bad knee and the TreadClimber is great. I can feel the workout without straining my knee. The customer service here is amazing! My boys are gym rats and they love it as well!
