My wife and I each purchased a couple of gel packs for a 20-mile Mammoth March in Virginia earlier this month. We slurped them down at mile 15 and got the jolt of energy we needed to finish the event strong. I highly recommend this product.

Unexpectedly Delish!

Tried a new gel for my longer run and was pleasantly surprised by the flavor and texture! Similar to apple sauce, didn't upset my tummy, solid amount of carbs. I plan to get them again for an upcoming half.

Works, No Jitters

This product works great. I’ve used it when I am almost out of “gas” during physical activity like sports and it makes me bounce right back. Without the jitters or any side effects. I even slept well those nights when I took it in the afternoon. Only reason this doesn’t get 5 stars is the taste. The apple cinnamon is so bitter and the berries is so tart. I have to jus swallow it whole to not taste it and I’m not a picky eater. It’s reasonably priced and does what it’s suppose to do so I would actually buy them again!

Good If You Really Like Cinnamon

Tried this out on a long run recently, the consistency is pretty close to apple sauce (a pro in my opinion). Not for me personally, as it was pretty cinnamon-heavy, but overall not the worst running nutrition I've tried.

These have a GREAT flavor compared to other gels that I have tried. I use these during longer cycling rides... highly recommend and easy to store in pockets.
