Solid, Works Great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have used a skillet on the outpost grill before but the skillet rest is even better. Hooks right onto the rim of the fire pit and is solid as it looks. Sautéed up some vegetables while we cooked steaks on the outpost grill, worked great.

Very Sturdy-just Right Size

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is sturdy enough and large enough to support a 12 inch cast iron skillet without being so large that interferes with using the fire pit for other purposes, whether heat or cooking. Its not compatible with the griddle ring but can be combined with the outpost grill. The three tabs means it doubles as a super sturdy trivet when not on the fire. It can also serve as a rest for the ends of skewers or a smaller grill laid across the pit. Lots of creative applications.

Heavy gauge skillet holder that provides valuable out of the way cooking space, but also doubles as a serving trivet. I plan on ordering a second one to use when the other is hot from the fire.
