My son picked this out to carry his lacrosse gear. This is a great backpack with plenty of room. There’s a separate, zippered compartment on the bottom for his cleats. It also fits a pair of flip flops. The main compartment fits his shoulder pads, elbow pads, and gloves, and has some extra room for his jersey, small towel, and clean shirt. There’s also a smaller pocket on the front that he puts his mouth guard in. Side pockets for water bottle and of course it also has straps for his stick. Very happy with this purchase!
