it was very good at first but it got torn up in like 2 month of running hard with them so I wouldn't really recommend them if you plan to use them for a long time.

Over Hyped-thumbs Down!
Was really hoping this was going to be my "it" shoe, unfortunately - I was disappointed. Too stiff & felt the support was just not there.

Glad I Branched Out.
I have been running in Glycerins or similar Brooks for 6 years, these are completely different and Amazing. It’s either the extremely light weight, or the carbon plate, or the rounded toe and heel, who knows, but they are Fast. They also like a high speed to feel natural, anything faster than a 8:00 min mile and they really start to do what they were made to do- the shoe Becomes more efficient at higher speeds.

I have to say I was so excited to get these, but they haven't been easy to work with. I was warned by a friend who owns a company who sells these that they take a while getting used to. I've gone back to wearing my Glycerins and may just order another pair of those to run in. I really really want to love these and if there are any suggestions that will help getting used to them, I'm open to anything. I will only wear Brooks to run in and have for 30 years.
