Just Mid For The Price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I feel like I owe my ability to do run painlessly almost exclusively to Brooks Glycerins and Hyperion Max so I really wanted to stay loyal to the brand for my race day shoes. Bottom line is that for me, the Hyperion Elite’s have a great upper but the foam is too soft and not responsive enough. I felt much quicker in my Nike Vaporflys but they kill my legs. If you like pretty cushy race shoe, these may be for you.

Disappointing Fit At A Premium Price

I had high expectations for this shoe, but unfortunately, it was a major setback for me. After my very first run, I experienced Achilles pain in my heel. Even though I went with my regular size, my heel kept slipping up and down with every step, which made the fit feel unstable. The shoe has significant ankle instability and offers no real arch support. Instead of landing evenly, it feels like you’re running only on the outer edge of the shoe, which throws off balance and comfort.

Excellent shoe for race day!! Super light and comfortable! Love the shoe definitely not a daily trainer but don’t believe that was the intent 😂! Can’t wait for my next race day

Genuinely Surprised By These

I bought these after having a bad experience with the Hyperion max 3 shoes and wow I’m so glad I decided to try these. They are incredible. They don’t feel heavy or calculated like race day shoes. They don’t sound loud, they just straight perform! I have loved these and my feet get so excited when it’s time to put them in and do some tempo workouts. I will be using them to race my next marathon 100%!!

I love the looks of the shoe, but when I got them, they had no support. I have a very flat foot and there was just no arch support in them.
