Wide Felt A Bit Narrow

The wide felt more narrow compared to the previous version, but exchanging these for the extra wide solved the problem and they now fit well.

I read the reviews and I should have trusted. I have been an Adrenaline junkie since at least the 16s (my favorite!), if not before--and I always buy three pairs every year for my training blocks. But this iteration is the worst. Not only does the ride feel exceptionally stiff (my 23s with ~250 miles on them have a better/smoother ride) but the toe box is way too narrow. I have been buying the same 8.5 2e for a very long time and the 24s felt tight at the beginning and only got worse the longer I wore them. I had to stop my run after only 1 mile because the pinky toes on both feet were being squished too much, causing me pain. I changed into the Glycerin GTS 22s for the rest of today's run--they felt slightly better (but still tight). I can't recommend these shoes to anyone and I am not sure what I am going to do for my marathon training this year. I will probably switch to another brand. Oh, and BTW, why are the wide shoes always the ugliest or most basic? Why can't we get a nice colorway once in a while?

New Issue With Adremaline Gts 24
