I started wearing the Brooks Adrenaline a few years ago because my podiatrist recommended them. I have high arches and use orthotics. The Brooks Adrenaline has a removable insole, which allows me to easily switch it for my orthotics. The Adrenaline provides the firmness and cushioning that I need to be on my feet all day as a coach.

Good Stability With Cushion

I’ve been running in variations of Adrenaline for years, and I’m a big fan of this current version. The Adrenaline 24 GTS provides good stability for people with pronated feet like myself. But I’ve also noticed some cushion during my long runs.
