Key To Relief Of Plantar Fasciitis
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Beast was one of key treatment plan for dealing with my plantar facilities. After rest, ice, and elevation, key is get moving again. 1) Start stretching exercises - be sure to deal with tighten calf muscles if that is concern. 2) get a good orthotic - fortunately, there are really over the counter choices; and 3) appropriate footwear - the Beast has 11 mm drop the sweet spot between cushioning and support that we key to rehab from plantar fasciitis. If you are dealing with plantar facilities, yes - it is very painful but hang in there it does get better. See a podiatrist if not better in few weeks So I highly recommend the Beast -

Walk, Run, With All The Comfort And Support Of Any Shoes!
The Brook’s Beast is the only shoe I buy for all the right reasons.i have foot and knee problems and it is the only shoe that offers the support and comfort I want and need. It really becomes an extension of my foot and leg as soon as I take that first step. If you want that walking/running on a cloud supportive shoe you can’t go wrong with the Beast.
