Best For Trail Running And Hiking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been looking for the perfect trail runners that I can also hike in when boots are overkill and these are perfect! I tried 2 different styles of Hokas first and hated them both. But these are comfy, flattering, and have great grip on dirt and slick rocks- I never worry about slipping even when jumping across boulders. Plus the coconut/misty blue color is the perfect neutral with a pop of color, I also lift in these and love traveling in them. I always size up .5 for running and did the same for these. Don’t hesitate!

Great But Narrow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love them but definitely run narrow. I don't have wide feet and wear regular width in the Brooks Ghost 17s (along with all my other shoes), but I had to get a wide in the Cascadia. But soooo happy to finally find hiking shoes that aren't too heavy, hot, or rub the back of my heels.

Cute And Comfy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They are cute and comfortable. They grip the ground and don’t make me feel like I will slip on rough terrain.

Great Trail Runners

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These shoes took a few days to break in, but once they were, they’ve been great. I like the roominess of the tow box the cushion of the foam, and the overall feel fits my foot perfectly based on the size I’d recommend it to anyone. I feel very grippy when walking on dirt and gravel, especially in incline, which is what these shoes were made for.

Exceeding My Expectations.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a first time buyer of Brooks footwear. After seeing a number of reviews on these I had to try them. They are great probable my favorite shoe that I've had in a while. Excellent cushioning and very good performance. I rarely give a full positive review as I can usual find at least a little something to suggest a minor improvement, but not on these. Great job Brooks.

Great Shoe After Some Wear

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Took a minute to get used to this shoe. Lower drop and firmer structure of the shoe. But after wearing it for a few weeks it is getting better with each wear. Good grip. Spacious toe box. Had to find a new lacing pattern to mitigate top of foot pressure. But now it’s awesome.

Love It!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new trail kicks #BrooksCascadia19, purchased via #GovX literally a perfect wrap for my high arches and the cushioning allows my feet to feel the ground! Get you a pair!!

Love My Cascadia

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the durability of these trail shoes. Have another pair and it was time for a new set…this color is great and style as expected. Love my Brooks!

Too Tight In The Middle Of The Shoe W Smaller Toebox

Agree with others that the shoe is too tight in the middle with a smaller toe box. I tried wearing them around the house for 2 days with the laces loose so there was no pressure from them, but still more than uncomfortable verging on painful. They’re so tight, going up a half-size wouldn’t be enough, and I can’t imagine going up a full size but I’ll try it, as it looks like Brooks doesn’t make these in wide. I’ve worn Brooks Glycerins, regular width, same size, for over 10 years and they’ve always fit perfectly and I’ve never needed to break them in. I’d hoped the Cascadia 19 would be the same experience. Now I’m wondering if the Glycerin 23s will have similar issues. I hope not. Another reviewer here said Brooks was switching to foam like Hoka. I hope that’s not true.

Great For A Trail Run!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ran a half marathon in these on a trail with gravel. The tread on the sneaker helped me a great deal on the road. The elastic at the front of the shoe kept the laces from getting undone. Overall the shoe is comfortable and provides good stability for trail running.

KimO

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall a good shoe. I don’t feel like they are cushioned as much as a pair of Calderas that I have.

Great On The Trails

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the wide version of these 19s for a little extra room for insoles and padded socks for my old, beat-up feet. I've been using them as hiking shoes and find them more comfortable than my Merrells. Looking forward to trail running in these as my training progresses.

Amazing Trail Shoe

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LOVE LOVE these shoes on the trails! Zero complaints! I ordered a 1/2 size up to minimize discomfort when my feet swell.

Cascadia Is A Winner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great fit! Perfect multi purpose trail shoe. I use primarily for playing disc golf. This is my second pair. Materials and construction are easy to clean.
