Great For Me

I'm F / 55-60kg / 172 tall. I struggled with finding the right running shoes, would jump from brand to brand. I went from wearing Nikes to Adidas to Nikes and NBs and now at Brooks, I think I have found the right type. Lightweight, not too max cushy (wore NB 1080s for about 2-3yrs prior, couldnt run confidently in them as sat too high and unstable overall. Then went back to Nike air structure for about 6 months but couldnt take that it didnt allow enough vertical toe splay. Like their reactx cushion though. Tried Evo in store but barely any support, not for my type of running) and yet enough for my lighter stride and enough toe splay (very important for me). Every persons foot is different for doing different activities. This pair works great for me. I'm not a daily runner/marathoner type, i have knee issues (from a flat foot) therefore I do jogging instead and walking. Only thing missing is probably a dedicated structure to better support the arch. Maybe even an orthodic. optional insert would be enough!

Great Runners, good price. Just purchased these and only had a couple of shortish runs (5k). Comfortable with good cushioning. I bought these as they were recommended for this susceptible to calf injury/achiles tendonitis - So far, so good but need more use before a verdict!!

Disappointment Reduced Insole Support

I am so disappointed in Brooks shoes. I have been buying the ghost version for the last few years and they have significantly decrease the quality of the support insole no longer my go to shoe. I am searching for a new brand.

Definite Downgrade From Previous Version

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the 13s. I assumed the 16 would be even better, but they are awful. I cannot wear them for more than a quick walk without blisters and abrasions on the side of my big toe. There is some type of hard material in the toe box that needs to be cut or shaped better. Please turn some attention to fixing this issue.
