Rubber Of Soles Need Improvement

The Ghost has been my favorite running shoe for many years now. I love the way they fit, weight is perfect (not too light, but not too heavy), they’re not bulky and the cushioning is just right. The only reason I give 4 stars is because the rubber of the soles wear out fast after using them for road running. After just one 5 mile run, the rubber tread of the soles of my new pair already showed wear on bottoms of both shoes. To me, the Ghost would be the perfect running shoe if the rubber tread material could be designed to be more durable (especially since this is a road running/walking shoe). I keep hoping that will be improved every time the newest version is released.

Elevate You Runs!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Liked: Support throughout. To me it feels as though there is strong support in each part of the shoe (toe-box, midsole & arch, heel). The support appeared to be seamless through the whole shoe. Infused foam allowed for lightweight feel and not tiring out the legs or feet. Drop in the front allowed for faster ground contact and push off. Could use for a wide range of running activities: tempo, everyday run, long long runs (a whole marathon). Also, I overpronate with my left foot and it feel like there was a good amount of guard rail support (it could just be me).
