3 mm of added DNA LOFT v3 cushion in the forefoot, 1 mm of added cushion in the heel for a 10 mm offset and added comfort
Needed all purpose running and stair stepper exercise shoe. The Ghost has the cushion needed for my joints with a great deal of return energy for mid-range distances. Just remember to go half size up with Brooks.

By far the best running shoes I've ever had. I have tried hokas and these brooks make them feel like Payless shoes. These are definitely worth every penny. I'm a heavy set dude. I am 5'7 280 and ran 2 miles and these shoes are amazing to run on. I would definitely recommend these to everyone. Glad I listened to other people online. Should of listened sooner though.
