Hurts Top Of Feet

I've been wearing ghost 15's for years without any problem. Ever since ghost 16, they seem to have reduced the amount of material on the upper part of the shoe, so you really have to tighten the laces hard to get it snug which hurts the top part of my feet. Whatever they changed, it hurts my feet. I'm now searching for a new pair of 15's or going to try asics.

These are my first ever Brooks and so far they are good. I bought these shoes to help me with my aches heals and they have been doing good for me the past few weeks I’ve had them, I’d like the shoes and would like to try another pair some day when I need new shoes.
