Ghost Is Still My Go-to For Running
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ghost is still my favorite running shoe. It provides comfort and stability for middle distance through longer runs. I decided to give the Trace a try because of the lower price point. However, the Trace is definitely not a good choice for runs of 5k or more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the shoe finder tool to help make my selection - based off of previous experiences jogging, trying to jog, and how uncomfortable it can be with improper footwear These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn! No lower leg soreness unless it's from a good workout now
