Wrong Item Delivered

Purchased Brooks Ghost Max 2 and received Brooks Adrenaline shoes. I was happy to receive the order until I slipped on the shoes. Since I already own a pair, I know how they should feel with my plantar fasciitis. They felt wrong so I looked at the box and saw that the wrong model eas sent. It's hard enough finding size 9EE Zin the entire Dick's Sporting Goods inventory online but then to receive the wrong item. The shoes were ordered 10/13 and as of 11/4, I still have not received my shoes with no feedback. Poor quality control and poor service!

Excellent

I am an older man who takes 5-7 mile brisk walks almost daily. I find these Brooks Ghost 2 Max shoes to give m ethe support underfoot and laterally I need. They are not so padded that I lose touch with the ground I'm walking on. Durable, comfortable, suportive. An excllent choice for runners and walkers alike.
