Great Surprise!

These shoes were a GREAT surprise. I feel Brooks fit has declined over the past few years. I used to wear the Ghost and the toe box has seemed to get narrower and the cushioning less. I ordered these because I could not find a comfortable every day shoe. These were VERY comfortable from the moment I put them on. After I had taken some steps with them, I was smiling!!! These shoes are very comfortable without being too cushy. I had tried Hokas, but they are way too cushy! These are just right. I have had them about a month and a half now and am still pleased with them. These will be my "go to" shoes in the future and I will buy more IF the cushioning and fit stay the same. Thank You Brooks for the pleasant surprise!!

Light And Comfortable...

Surprisingly comfortable, and very much upgraded compared to ghosts of the past... Feels very similar to my Asics Gel Cumulus which I've been using as daily trainers. I prefer "light and comphy" for everyday runs, and these new ghosts are exactly that. Like all of the Brooks running shoes, these are well built -- and it's noticable. I'm certain they will outlast my Asics. Bravo Brooks!

Disappointed

I ordered my typical size from Skechers, 9 1/2 Wide. Recently I purchased 3 different high end Skechers, each fit perfectly. The Brooks Max 2 were way too small ordering the 9 1/2 Wide. I returned them after trying to wear them around the house multiple times. VERY DISAPOINTED!!! I was looking forward to this shoe with Max Cushioning!
