Brooks Ghost Review

Shoes are very comfortable. Enough grip to run on trails but also a nice shoe for road runs.

Awesome Runners

Exceptionally great runners, fantastic cushioning, awesome traction in multiple environments, especially when the trail is cambered, wet grass and slippery pavement. Very durable and excellent breathability. Looking forward to getting another pair when needed. The best runners I have experienced.

Great Shoes

Great shoes for taking to the trails, they give good grip

Comfortable, Good Grip

I bought Ghost Trail for bushwalking / trail running. I wanted more grip than my standard running shoes provided. I have found them to be very comfortable, and to have good traction on terrain from loose gravel to solid rock.

Ghost Trail

Felt great and were very comfortable and bouncy, but the rubber on the bottom ripped off from the fabric very quickly and made them unusable; they were only used on light trails and road running.

First Trail Shoes

First time buying trail shoes and they tick every box. The fit is great (same as my adrenalines) but could go half a size down if you prefer a tighter fit. Have done 200km already in them. I don't feel a thing in trails which is nice.

Great Fit

Great shoe and very stable on rocky/uneven ground. They feel comfortable and supportive compared to other shoes I’ve owned

Great Cushioning For The Trail

There are three distinct things I like about these sneakers. 1) There’s more than sufficient room in the toe box to make trail running or hiking comfortable. 2) these sneakers are light without feeling compromised or cheap. 3) I am flat footed and the cushioning and rebound are just about perfect for my needs. They might not feel as fast as let’s say HOKA Speedgoats, but they feel great on inclines where you need composure for sound footing and like I mentioned before, there’s enough room in the toe box on downhills where you don’t feel as if your toes are being pinched. I can see myself buying another pair. I have narrow feet so these are perfect for me. These sneakers replaced Nike Pegasus Trail and I feel like the platform on these Brook’s are more composed. Also, the top of the sneakers are made of a more solid knit fabric that repels dust and dirt better than the Nikes and will like provide better coverage if you get caught in the rain.

First Time, Brooks Customer, Extremely Comfortable Shoes.

This is my first experience with Brooks shoes. And I’m very pleasantly surprised on how comfortable they truly are. I love the style and the fact that they’re offered in wide. This is the reason why I chose to give them a try. These shoes are rated as stable. I can’t wait to try the plush. I highly recommend this product.

Brooks Ghost Trtail

Purchased the Ghost Trailtack on 6/4/2026. Typically, I wear an 8 shoe size. With Brooks shoes I wear an 8.5. This is my 3rd Brooks shoe. All are 8.5 shoe size. The Ghost Trail is probably the most comfortable shoe I have purchased in many years. Excellent support and comfort. I mid July 2026 I was on a Canadian fishing trip and I stood off and on for over 5 hours with no foot discomfort. On 7/7/2026 I hiked up Twin Creek Trail to Twin Peaks. This is near Winter Park ski area in Colorado. The climb was approximately 1900 feet in elevation gain in 2.4 miles. Absolutely, no foot pain, no blisters. These shoes rock. If your feet fit Brooks shoes I would highly recommend this model.

I've purchased brooks shoes before but this particular pair I the most. Especially the looks, and comfortnes. Would recommend to everyone.

Best Ghost Shoe By Far

I have own the Ghost 15, but the new Ghost Trail is so much better. The fit and comfort level is much more superior than the Ghost 15. The color combinations makes it an attractive shoe also.

You Should Get These Today

first time with a trail shoe and these are great! look good too! I expected a bigger sole build but was surprised by the regular ghost look and feel. Also the brown colors are different very cool.
