Very nice heel, top of foot/ tongue, and midsole. Same Glycerin line toe box room (thank you). Use for walking/work but would be awesome for jogging. Much better than my Glycerin 21 that I use for jogging. Like the less dramatic drop also

Best Running/walking Shoe I Have Ever Owened.

I am a casual runner versus a hard core marathoner. I have very flat feet as well so arch support is critical. These new Brooks Glycerin 22's are simply the best running/walking shoes I have ever owned. I have had Asics, New Balance, Nile, HOKA, etc. but nothing compares to these in terms of comfort, support, and overall feel when running. Yes, they are not inexpensive but I would buy them again in a heartbeat.
