Swing And A Miss

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I prefer a more minimalistic shoe and really liked the Hyperion 1 and 2. They were light and nimble. The Hyperion 3 is completely different, big and cushy. It's heavier, more cushiony, and the toe box is super narrow, to the point it's almost uncomfortable. The whole shoe feels narrow, but particularly the toe box. I have enjoyed the Pure Cadence, Pure Flow and previous Hyperion shoes, but this one misses the mark, in my opinion.

Good Shoe Made Perfect If They Made A Wide

The comfort of the shoe is fantastic and the design looks great. However, I typically wear a wide and at first it seemed OK but after wearing it for a few days it became clear it wasn't. The midsole was fine which is the weird part but at the toes it was squishing my pinky toe to the point it was hurting every time I wore them so they had to go back. They REALLY need to make a wide in these which should fix my problem. I'd buy them again if they did.

First time for 8 years, a couple of my toenails turned a bluish color, almost like I had banged them. Surprisingly, they are very comfortable for running, but such a consequences don't allow me to use them.

Not thrilled about the newest generation of the Hyperion. I found that it ran smaller than the Hyperion 2 for the same size and feels significantly heavier. The padding is nice, but it's definitely not the same shoe.

Bought these a month ago and they've been great. I'm on my feet at work all day and they're very comfortable, stylish and durable.
