Hyperion Max 3 - A Great Thing Made Better!

I had foot surgery at the beginning of the year and I was using the Max 2’s for running. When the Max 3’s came out I thought I’d give them a try. I am so pleased with these shoes. The cushioning has made my fused toe as comfortable as it can be in any shoe I’ve had on since the operation. The footbed is comfortable and the soft upper is flexible enough for my fused toe to get into without pain. I’m loving these shoes- the fact that they’re orange only makes them even better. I upgraded the black laces to orange because…..orange. Sometimes shoe model upgrades aren’t really an upgrade - this time it is. Way to go Brooks, ya done great!

Great shoe. Runs true to size, and is my go to. Feels solid underfoot, and get’s up and goes when you need it to. I’m 6’5, 212lbs, and wear a size 14.

Best Brooks Running Shoe

I'm a runner. Have tried many shoes, but always come back to Brooks. I read a review about the Hyperion Max 3 - have been using Ghost Max 2. The Hyperion Max 3 are a game changer for me. The cushioning is the best I have had with any Brooks running shoe I've used. The design helps me to have a better stride. I can run 8 - 10 miles and my feet are not sore afterwards. I've always liked my past Brooks shoes. But the Hyperion Max 3, by far, is the best shoe I have had.

8/10 But Still Better Than The Competition !

These are not my first brooks and they won’t be my last!I will start off by saying the Shoe runs narrow and snug for me and I had to send back the first pair and go 1/2 size bigger . (I got the first blister ever on my heel running after 17 yrs.) I do have slightly wider feet but My previous pair of Hyperion max 2 was a Perfect fit in the toe box , overall width and length .(I also miss the comfortable tongue plus the lock down from saw tooth laces ) Now for the good stuff ! Love the energy return underfoot even for slower easy runs and picking up the pace the shoe responds very nicely .Feet definitely feel fresher after longer runs of 10+miles AND the next day . I don’t mind the higher stack (if you are running in relatively straighter lines) …but don’t expect to take tight turns at faster paces , the lack of lateral stability will definitely be noticeable. I’ll be using as daily trainers . More colors please !
