Brooks Launch 11 For Training Runs!

For the past year, I have used Brooks Launch 11 shoes for all my weekly training runs, averaging 40 miles/week. The shoes hold up well, and I recommend you try them for yourself. Mine fit nicely at a 1/2 size larger than my typical shoe size.

It had been awhile since I had running, walking, shoes. The break in time was short , as I had to go slow, due to knee replacement surgery last year, but they fit great and am pleased with them. P.s. they also look cool.

These are the most comfortable shoes Ive ever owned. I usually walk about 25,000 steps at Disneyland and I have 2 take 2 additional pairs of shoes to be able to make it. We'll with my Launch 11's, I don't even carry a backpack. I can walk all day in them and have no pain at all.
