[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very surprised by this shoe. As someone who doesn't like my running shoes too tall or soft, this one really hit the mark. The drop feels like the listed 8mm which is perfect. The density of the midsole is also just right. I don't feel any pronation control or guidance witch is another pet peeve. And the toe box is very wide. Almost the perfect shoe for me. The only con is that the fit is too wide, a complaint I rarely have. I have to crank down the laces. I hope Brooks makes more shoes like this one.

Very Comfortable Shoes!
This is my second pair of Brooks Revel shoes. They are very lightweight, comfortable and supportive. The shoes provide good grip on wet surfaces.

Writing This Review To Stop The Emails!!
I love the new pair of Brooks, loved the store's selection, I love the efficient and friendly service I got from their hard-working staff. So I wish they had just left it at that. But no. What I really hate about Dick's sporting goods and I guess it's fair to say it's probably all stores these days, is they've irritated the heck out of me by continuing to send me emails ask me to review my purchase. I already paid for my shoes, so I do not owe the store further payment in the form of my time. I'm tired of stores treating me like an unpaid consultant. I'm not sure why Dick's needs my input because they carry great merchandise and have a very well trained staff. If they doubt themselves then they should just sell the business and go into another field because if you can't run a business without constantly irritating your customers asking for their input then why are you doing this. It's very simple to provide good service selection and quality to customers without bothering them about it. Go ahead and hire professional consultants and leave your customers out of it. The store is pleasant to look around in, there's always someone there to help you, and they have amazing selection at very fair prices. That said, if they're going to hound me for reviews every time I buy something at Dick's even though I "unsubscribe" every time, I'm going to buy my next pair of shoes at Goodwill.

Good Show For Wider Feet, Especially In The Toes.
Been wearing this shoe for and they are very comfortable. It is especially noticeable in the toe area.
