Simply The Best

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are quite honestly the best pair of running shorts I've ever owned. For a woman who runs a fair bit (30-40 miles a week), these are almost always the only pair of shorts I want to run in. The fit is amazing. The fabric doesn't bunch up the way most shorts do in the inner thigh. The waist is snug, but in the good way. The inner liner isn't too tight or too loose, and just the right cut. The pockets are perfect for carrying a small iphone, snack, key and headphones. The fabric is light and airy, but not too light like some other shorts. If I could own a dozen pairs of these shorts, I would. The best.

Perfect Spot For My Phone

My favorite thing about these shorts is the waistband, especially that my iPhone fits in the back pocket (instead of like some shorts where it goes on the side and feels like it weighs down one side) I also like that it means I don’t need a running belt for shorter runs or have to carry my phone in my hand. There’s also a slight compression, which I think is nice.

Good But Needs Some Minor Changes

Likes: very comfortable and flattering, drawstring will be nice to have once elastic wears down a bit Dislikes: I miss the back zipper pocket from the previous Chaser short! 99% of an iPhone 16 with a slim case fits in the back pocket, but the 1% that sticks out is just enough to rub an angry chafe line against my back. The front zipper pocket is nice for a car key, but none of the pockets are sweat proof so my key and phone get wet. It's not Brooks' fault that phones these days are heavy and enormous but the back pocket could've been executed better - a zipper would've been really nice and what I would expect given the price.
